Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Office Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build
Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience)
Commission: Performance-based sales commissions in addition to base salary
Start Date: Immediate
Reporting To: Head of Sales
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in interior fit-out or related sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, real estate agents, consultants, and property managers
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations) to ensure seamless project execution and handover
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-handover client engagement
- Track sales pipeline, follow up on payments, and generate repeat business
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the interior fit-out or similar industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently handle international clients
- Well-connected within the UAE commercial real estate and property market
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Familiarity with office interior design, technical drawings, and office furniture is an advantage
- Must provide references and contact details of previous employers - we may reach out for a formal testimonial or background check
