Job Title: ​Senior/Junior Project Sales Specialist – Healthcare

Location: ​Central Region – Riyadh based

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior / Senior Projects Sales Representative to join our team as we expand our presence in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and a proven track record of success in securing large-scale projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Market and Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare sector

• Identify and target potential customers within the hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations

• Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including KOLs, physicians, and hospital administrators

• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our products and services

• Negotiate and close sales contracts to secure new projects and expand existing ones

• Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular updates on progress and opportunities

• Conduct financial calculations to determine the viability and profitability of projects

 

Sales and Client Relationship Management:

• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring the fit-out solutions meet client needs in terms of quality, budget, and timelines.

• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to upsell and expand service offerings.

• Prepare and present customized proposals, including fit-out and furniture solutions and services tailored to the needs of clients in the healthcare sectors.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.

 

Project Knowledge and Expertise:

• Utilize your engineering background to provide technical expertise, ensure the feasibility of projects, and articulate the value proposition of our fit-out & furniture services in the healthcare sector

• Coordinate with the project management team & Commercial team to ensure smooth handover and execution of fit-out projects from the sales phase to delivery.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or interior design is preferred.

 

Experience:

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in project healthcare, specifically within the fit-out and furniture industry.

• Proven experience in the corporate and hospitality sectors is essential.

• Strong familiarity with Specified Region projects and an existing network of KOLs and decision-makers in the area.

 

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of fit-out and furniture processes, design, and construction workflows.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.

 

Soft Skills:

• Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and growth.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

 

Language:

• Fluency in English.
