JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for designing and developing customized technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing application functionality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.      Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions based on business requirements.

2.      Collaborate with Functional Experts analyze requirements.

3.      Design, code, test, and deploy customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 F&O.

4.      Integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems and applications.

5.      Troubleshoot and resolve semi-complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O. Monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues. 

6.      Provide technical support and training to end-users.

7.      Maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, and processes.

8.      Research latest features and Dynamics 365 F&O updates for issue resolution and continuous system improvements.

·      Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI.

·      Able to design solutions that meet business requirements, maintain system stability, remain upgradable and supportable,

·      Balancing custom development with out-of-box functionality

·      General knowledge of Azure services and integrations.

·      Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Preferred education or equivalent knowledge needed to perform the role - degrees, certifications, licenses, etc.

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·      Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages.

·      Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·      Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

EXPERIENCE

Experience preferred and likely necessary to demonstrate abilities and skills relevant to essential functions of the position. Include such things as number of years, size, industries, # reports, etc.

·      6+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 development, integrations, enhancements, customizations and bug fixes

·     6+ years of experience with SQL.
