Production Supervisor – Andover – £37,288

We’re working with an award winning, growing, electronics manufacturing company, who are looking to expand their team with an experienced Production Supervisor. What’s the role about?

You will be closely monitoring and occasionally working hands on with the entire production process. You’ll need to be a proven leader and have experience managing up to 30 people at a time.

Day-to-day you’ll be involved in:

· Supervising operators to ensure smooth production processes

· When required carry out operator responsibilities

· Ensure health and safety policies are being followed

· Optimise equipment utilisation and work patterns to increase productivity

What do you need?

This is a Supervisor role, so you will need to have had experience in supervising large teams of up to 30 people. You will also bring –

· Relevant leadership training/ experience

· A background within manufacturing, production, engineering or similar

· Ability to self-motivate and work alone when required.
