And they are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help them make it happen.


What you’ll do?


This is your chance to lead a global hiring strategy, shape the voice of a new wave of educators, and build an elite team that will empower thousands worldwide.


  • Leading end-to-end global searches to find top senior talent across different markets specifically lecturers and instructors.
  • Managing the full hiring journey – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing.
  • Using advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean search, deep social media research, niche platforms, and referrals.
  • Creating attractive and competitive offers including bonuses, flexibility, and long-term benefits.
  • Building and maintaining strong pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-impact roles.
  • Designing custom assessments such as case studies, hands-on tasks, or teaching simulations to identify top talent.
  • Monitoring candidate engagement and spotting early signs of offer dropouts using data-driven insights.
  • Performing quarterly market research on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Continuously upgrading hiring tools and processes, including the integration of AI-based solutions.
  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and detailed feedback.
  • Understanding product requirements to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational needs.


What we’re looking for?


  • To “own” this role, you should bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting senior-level talent.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple global markets.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for complex roles.
  • Mastery of sourcing tools and techniques (e.g. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Expertise in negotiating payment and compensation packages.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to recruit a high volume of qualified candidates quickly.
  • Data-driven mindset and use of recruitment metrics to improve strategy.
  • Cultural agility and ability to navigate diverse global hiring practices.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Fluent English

  • Prior exposure to the education or EdTech sector.
