Vale Group, a nationwide specialized recruitment firm, is seeking a Client Service Project Manager to work onsite for an opportunity paying $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience. A background as an Project Manager in the HVAC industry are encouraged to apply. The position focuses on client services, so no new construction. These projects are fast turn over commercial upfits and remodels. Project values are between $5-100K typically.
Requirements of the Project Manager:
- This person will need at least 4 years of plumbing experience; 2 of which in a supervisory role (foreman or superintendent).
Or 2 years of experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager (APM) role with a commercial general contractor or with a commercial plumbing subcontractor.
Or A mixture of both types of experience listed above.
- At least 2 years of experience with a Commercial HVAC or Commercial Plumbing company
- Must have experience in varied commercial projects (not exclusively multi-family)
- Ability to manage both outfit/remodel projects and new construction
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Oversee and assist in project execution, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Manage client services related to outfit and remodel projects, as well as new construction.
- Coordinate new construction projects, working closely with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline
- Communicate effectively with teams to maintain high performance standards
- Support leadership in daily project management duties
