This role will drive sales and business development within the division, focusing on providing engineered container and GSE solutions to civil, defense, and energy sector clients. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background combined with effective sales strategies to meet customer demands and support project execution.

Requirements of the Technical Sales Manager:
● Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the aerospace or manufacturing sectors
● Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering preferred (equivalent degrees with relevant experience considered)
● Strong presentation and relationship management skills
● Experience with proposal development, strategic sales planning, and contract negotiation
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CAD software experience (e.g., Catia, NX) is a plus
● Ability to travel up to 30%, including outside the local area
Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Manager:
● Execute strategic sales plans to exceed growth and revenue targets
● Build lasting partnerships with clients and fully understand their technical and operational needs
● Collaborate with engineering, program management, and other departments to craft customized value propositions
● Analyze and report industry-specific trends to guide sales strategies
● Ensure customer requirements and internal systems are aligned to support timely and accurate order fulfillment
