Vale Group has partnered with a company based in Fort Myers, FL, who is actively searching for an experienced Landscape Architect to work onsite for an opportunity paying $80,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience. A family-first, design-forward landscape architecture firm dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and the delivery of exceptional outdoor spaces. Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard hours.

As a Landscape Architect, you will:
- Lead or contribute to the design, permitting, and management of projects across commercial, municipal, and high-end residential sectors.
- Develop planting plans, irrigation designs, hardscape layouts, and construction documents.
- Guide clients through the design process from concept to installation.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, contractors, and municipal agencies.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with excellence.
- Support or lead client presentations, proposals, and community meetings.
- (If senior-level) Play a strategic role in business development, growing our client base and shaping our design vision.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Licensed Landscape Architect in the state of Florida.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience with Florida-specific codes, permitting processes, and municipal coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently to clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Preferred:
- 7–10+ years of experience with leadership exposure.
- Business development experience or a strong client following.
- Familiarity with Land FX, SketchUp, or 3D rendering tools.
- Experience managing high-end residential projects or luxury communities.
