Vale Group has partnered with an established accounting and consulting firm based in Tampa, FL, actively seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This opportunity offers a competitive salary from $110-140K, with a strong emphasis on professional growth and career advancement. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in auditing, a commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Requirements of the Audit Manager:

• Active CPA license with a minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop audit and assurance teams
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal abilities and client relationship management skills
• Proven track record in delivering quality audit engagements and meeting deadlines
• Business development skills a plus

Responsibilities of the Audit Manager:

• Lead audit engagements for clients across various commercial industries
• Oversee all phases of the audit process, ensuring compliance with professional standards
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development for audit team members
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through exceptional client service and potential business development efforts
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Support as needed
