Vale Group has partnered with a wealth advisory firm based in Hermitage, PA, who is actively seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Relationship Specialist to work hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home). This is a full-time opportunity paying up to $50,000 for experienced professionals, with eligibility for up to a 7% annual bonus, based on experience.
This position supports wealth advisors and financial planning associates, serving as a right-hand resource within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. *Prefer candidates with wealth management experience from banking.

Requirements of the Client Relationship Specialist:
● Bachelor’s degree required
● At least 1+ years of relevant experience preferred (internship in wealth management accepted)
● Strong organizational and client service skills
● High attention to detail and confidentiality
● Comfort using multiple software systems (CRM experience a plus)
● Strong communication and time management abilities
● Financial services, RIA, or banking background is a plus
● Must have a valid driver’s license
● Must be able to pass background, credit, and drug screening
● Must have a dedicated workspace for remote work
Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Specialist:
● Support wealth advisors in day-to-day client relationship management
● Serve as point-of-contact for client service needs
● Coordinate onboarding, account openings, and transfers
● Handle operations-related administrative tasks
● Work with custodians to manage transactions and service items
● Maintain accurate client records and files
● Collaborate across departments and contribute to team success
