At TCWGlobal, we have a lot of amazing tools, and in order to get to the next level, we need to ensure we are using all of those tools effectively and to their fullest. That’s where you come in! We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist to identify opportunities for technological trainings, design and deliver those trainings, and ensure that they are having an impact.

We’re looking for someone who’s an expert with Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, all the goodies)—from managing preferences and options at the domain level to showing us how to save time with features like Co-Pilot. If you know Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To-Do, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint and the rest of the standard Office suite, then we’re talking to you! In addition to training on Microsoft products, we want someone who knows all the standard computer hacks—keyboard shortcuts, dual monitor best practices—whatever makes us work faster, better, and smarter. Finally, we’ll also want you to train on the other big products in our technology ecosystem, including our proprietary software StaffingNation.

Beyond your technological expertise, you’ll need to be a strong leader and communicator. The ideal candidate is up-to-date, upbeat, and has a knack for sharing information in a way that gets people excited about using their systems. If you’re passionate about training, learning, and getting people pumped about clicks and right-clicks, we might be the perfect fit for you and you for us!
