Title: GenAI Annotation Operations Engineer

Payrate: $40-60/hour + Benefits, PTO, Paid Holidays
Duration: W2 Contract 1 yr, possible extension & conversion
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile GenAI Annotation Operations Engineer to lead the design and optimization of high-impact annotation projects and workflows that power AI research and development. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys designing and building efficient workflows, solving complex data problems, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
Serving as a technical lead for annotation project design, setup and operations, you’ll work closely with engineers, researchers, and operations leads to configure scalable workflows, integrate automation, and bring models into the loop. You’ll also help design and maintain pipelines that support seamless task transitions across multi-stage workflows — enabling scalable, efficient annotation of high quality datasets.
