Join a fast-growing global cloud technology leader as a Marketing Contractor focused on North America and LATAM. In this role, you’ll be at the center of high-impact B2B marketing activities—owning the execution of webinars, events, and exhibitions that build brand presence, generate leads, and empower sales teams across two key regions.
Role Overview
You will help design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on event marketing and data-driven content. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys turning strategy into flawless execution, collaborating closely with regional sales and global marketing teams, and seeing their work directly influence pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute B2B marketing activities that drive growth across North America and LATAM.
- Support the development and implementation of event marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
- Plan and execute local webinars, in-person events, and large-scale exhibitions to strengthen market presence.
- Identify, coordinate, and support partnership and sponsorship opportunities, community engagement, and relevant award submissions.
- Assist with lead-generation campaigns and ensure timely, high-quality handoff and follow-up with sales.
- Manage and update local social media channels to support brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with sales to develop and refine sales enablement materials, ensuring consistent messaging across regions.
- Work closely with global, cross-functional teams to leverage shared content and maintain alignment on positioning and key messages.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English required; Mandarin/Chinese language skills strongly preferred for cross-country collaboration.
- 3–5 years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally within the cloud, SaaS, or broader technology industry.
- Familiarity with North American and/or LATAM markets is a plus.
- Proven track record executing B2B marketing programs across ATL, BTL, digital, and performance channels.
- Strong project management skills with hands-on experience planning and delivering events and large-scale exhibitions.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ideal Candidate
You’re a detail-oriented event marketer who loves seeing a plan come to life—from initial concept through post-event follow-up. You’re equally comfortable in front of a project tracker as you are collaborating with sales, agencies, and global stakeholders, and you bring a global mindset to everything you do.
