Title: Senior Video Producer – Spanish Language Content
Duration: 6-month contract
Payrate: $76/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Hybrid – Culver City, CA 90232
Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Producer with deep expertise in Spanish-language content to lead the development and production of culture-defining video programming across music, sports, television, and entertainment. This role is ideal for a hands-on producer who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and brings strong storytelling, production leadership, and cultural fluency to every project.
What You’ll Do
- Lead development and production across multiple video content briefs supporting music and entertainment programming
- Manage all Spanish-language video projects across radio and digital platforms
- Produce and direct Spanish-speaking talent and deliver feedback in Spanish
- Coordinate communications between internal teams and Spanish-speaking external partners
- Develop creative formats and content strategies for on-platform and off-platform distribution
- Conceptualize creative responses to business briefs and oversee execution from ideation through delivery
- Identify and build relationships with creative partners, agencies, and production vendors
- Oversee in-studio and on-location productions as needed
- Review budgets and support best practices throughout pre-production, production, and post
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand content across all touchpoints
- Contribute as a skilled writer with strong understanding of brand voice and narrative
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in content development and video production across entertainment, music, sports, or media
- Full fluency in Spanish (written and verbal), with experience producing Spanish-language content
- Proven track record producing culture-defining, high-impact video content
- Deep understanding of Spanish-speaking cultures and trending content within those audiences
- Strong creative instincts and a commitment to high production value and execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages from concept to launch
- Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change
- Exceptional attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong relationships within the entertainment and production community
- Proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Pages, and Numbers
Bonus Points
- Experience developing content for radio, streaming, or digital-first platforms
- Strong familiarity with internet culture, media trends, and social platforms
- Background working with global or multicultural audiences
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
