What You’ll Own
Marketing Execution & Campaigns
- Execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, onsite, and local channels
- Bring national campaigns to life through localized storytelling and activations
- Plan and optimize campaigns across social media, paid media, email, web, and SEO/SEM
- Support media planning and buying while tracking performance and ROI
Events, Experiences & Community Engagement
- Lead and support experiential events, retailer promotions, and center activations
- Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations
- Elevate the center as a vibrant, customer-first destination
Retailer & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong, in-person relationships with retailers and understand their business goals
- Drive participation in campaigns, promotions, and events
- Collaborate with Leasing, Facilities, Security, and Operations teams to execute seamlessly
Performance & Budget Management
- Manage and track the annual marketing budget in partnership with leadership
- Analyze traffic, sales, and engagement data to optimize performance
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and campaign recaps
Operations & Onsite Leadership
- Support day-to-day center operations, including Manager-on-Duty coverage as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Act as a key onsite leader and brand ambassador
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in retail, shopping center, real estate, hospitality, or related marketing
- Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end (not just strategy)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing + onsite activations
- Comfortable working onsite, cross-functionally, and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance creativity with operational execution
