Title: Project Manager – Deployment / Business Workstreams (Contract)

Pay Rate: $70 - $79/hr

Duration: 12+ Month Assignment (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite; potential for hybrid after ramp-up)


Summary:

We are seeking Project Managers to support deployment and business workstreams within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. These roles will focus on driving execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful rollout and adoption across multiple locations or functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery across assigned workstreams
  • Track scope, milestones, dependencies, and progress
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and decisions
  • Provide structured reporting on project status, KPIs, and delivery progress
  • Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Support readiness activities including training, communication, and alignment


What You Bring:

  • 5–7+ years of project management experience
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Proven experience driving project execution in complex environments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


Bonus Points If You Have:

For Deployment-Focused Roles:

  • Experience leading large-scale deployments or rollouts
  • Experience managing cutover and go-live activities
  • Strong understanding of business readiness and change management
  • Ability to manage high-pressure issue resolution during deployment

For PMI or OTI Workstreams:

  • Exposure to manufacturing, inventory, or order-to-invoice processes
  • Experience in ERP or supply chain transformation programs
