Title: Senior Project Manager – Order to Invoice (OTI) (Contract)

Pay Rate: $80 - $89/hr

Duration: 12+ Month Assignment (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite; potential for hybrid after ramp-up)


Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Order-to-Invoice (OTI) workstream within a large-scale enterprise transformation. This role focuses on driving execution across order management, pricing, logistics, and customer lifecycle processes.

You will act as a central hub for coordination across teams, ensuring alignment, managing dependencies, and delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution across the OTI workstream
  • Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource alignment
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers impacting delivery
  • Provide structured governance reporting including KPIs, risks, and status updates
  • Track progress to ensure delivery remains on schedule and within scope
  • Coordinate across sales, logistics, customer service, finance, and IT teams
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships within the transformation program


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage delivery, risks, and stakeholder alignment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in large-scale transformation environments


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with order-to-invoice processes (order capture, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing)
  • Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and transportation workflows
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and service operations
  • Experience coordinating across multiple business functions
