Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Manager – Remote(SaaS/B2B)

Location: Remote (must be comfortable working across multiple time zones)

Pay Rate: $80–$100/hour

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Excellent potential for extension)

Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced, data-driven Senior Revenue Operations Manager to support a fast-growing enterprise SaaS organization. This is a strategic individual contributor role partnering closely with Sales leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, forecasting, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS, strong Salesforce expertise, and a background working directly with sales executives and revenue leaders. This role requires strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Revenue leadership, providing data-driven insights to support GTM strategies

• Drive accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting across new business, expansion, and renewals

• Perform quantitative and qualitative sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Salesforce to support leadership decision-making

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A to ensure alignment on forecasting and data accuracy

• Improve data hygiene, reporting processes, and operational workflows

• Support executive-level reporting, including MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)

• Design and implement scalable operational solutions to improve performance and efficiency

• Partner directly with Sales executives and managers to optimize pipeline performance and revenue outcomes

 

 

Required Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Sales Operations within B2B Enterprise SaaS

• Experience in Revenue Operations role with a strong focus on supporting Sales leadership and forecasting

• Proven experience working with enterprise-level sales teams and leadership

• Strong background supporting GTM strategy, forecasting, and revenue analytics

• Salesforce expertise (required) — including reporting, dashboards, and pipeline management

• Strong experience with forecasting models and business performance metrics

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and PowerPoint for executive presentations

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis)

• Strong executive presence and communication skills

• Highly data-driven with strong analytical thinking

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Experience working as an individual contributor (not team management)

• Strong ability to communicate with senior leadership and executives

• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

• Ability to work across multiple time zones in a remote environment

• Must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a Sales Representative transitioning into Revenue Operations

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech startup environments

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (not required)
