Title: Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing & Inventory (PMI) (Contract)

Pay Rate: $80 - $89/hr

Duration: 12+ Month Assignment (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite; potential for hybrid after ramp-up)


Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory (PMI) workstream within a large-scale enterprise transformation. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment across manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain operations.

You will play a critical role in managing scope, timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination in a complex environment. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise along with a solid understanding of manufacturing and inventory processes.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead integrated project planning, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource management
  • Drive execution across the PMI workstream to ensure on-time and controlled delivery
  • Manage risks, issues, and decisions, proactively escalating and resolving blockers
  • Provide program governance reporting including status updates, KPIs, risks, and decisions
  • Track scope and delivery progress to ensure alignment with program objectives
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Support business process improvements and alignment with system capabilities


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience
  • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to drive execution, manage risks, and maintain delivery discipline
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in large transformation or ERP environments


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with manufacturing and inventory processes (planning, scheduling, material flow, inventory policies)
  • ERP and supply chain systems knowledge
  • Experience in business process design and transformation
  • Strong data, KPI, and reporting orientation
