We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to support day-to-day retail operations while delivering exceptional service to visitors from around the world. What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an engaging, positive shopping experience
- Assist guests with product recommendations, promotions, and purchases
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately through POS systems
- Support merchandising efforts, restocking, pricing, and display organization
- Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation standards throughout the store
- Assist with shipment processing, inventory counts, and stock organization
- Collaborate with leadership and teammates to achieve store goals
- Participate in promotional initiatives and customer engagement activities
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic POS system and cash-handling experience
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
