Job Title: Graphic Design & Production Specialist (Contract)

Payrate: $64/hour

Location: Remote (PST or CST hours)

Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Duration: 5-month assignment

Summary

We are seeking a Graphic Design & Production Specialist to support the creation and management of visual assets for B2B web content and training materials. This role is responsible for end-to-end design execution and production workflows, ensuring high-quality graphics are developed, properly licensed, and successfully implemented across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with production and workflow management experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design original graphics and visual assets for B2B web content and training materials
• Source third-party graphics and visual elements as needed to support content creation
• Ensure all assets meet licensing and usage rights requirements
• Manage the full production workflow from asset creation through final implementation
• Coordinate and deliver graphic assets into content management systems (CMS)
• Maintain organization and tracking of assets across projects and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content and training initiatives
