Payrate: $60-$80/hour (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

What You'll Do:
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure phases for strategic transformation initiatives
- Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and executive dashboards
- Analyze project performance data and recommend process improvements
- Monitor risk and issue logs while developing mitigation strategies
- Prepare compelling presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives
- Leverage project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) to track progress and facilitate communication
- Identify process inefficiencies and champion continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- 3–12 years of project management experience with global companies
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership collaboration skills
- Proven experience preparing executive updates and reporting for internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management software (Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- NYC local residency and availability for 3+ days onsite weekly
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Smartsheet
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification
- Media/entertainment industry background
- Experience working with creative teams and content production workflows
- Track record managing large-scale digital transformation projects
