Title: Warehouse Associate

Duration: W2 Contract 3 Months, Possible Extension

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Payrate: $22/hr

Join a growing team handling retired IT assets for resale, redeployment, and recycling. We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to pack, unpack, clean and refurbish our IT equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receiving incoming merchandise and safely placing materials into designated storage locations
• Perform cosmetic upkeep of equipment and functional testing (keyboard, trackpad, ports, webcam).
• Accurately documenting shipments, deliveries, and returns
• Maintaining precise inventory records for all items entering and leaving the warehouse
• Identifying missing, damaged, or lost materials and reporting issues promptly
• Packing, labeling, and preparing orders to ensure safe and accurate shipment
• Scanning labels to verify orders are shipped to the correct destinations
• Creating and printing shipping labels
• Building and organizing shelves and storage racks as needed
• Performing cycle counts and inventory checks when required

What We’re Looking For

• Some warehouse experience preferred
• A self-starter mindset with the confidence to take initiative and lead when needed
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-moving environment
