Title: Warehouse Production Associate (On-Site)

Location: Woodinville, WA 98072

Payrate: $20/hour (weekly pay + Benefits) + overtime opportunities!

Duration: 6-month contract with great potential for extension or permanent conversion

Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm

What You'll Do:

  • Support critical manufacturing operations producing specialized life science products that save lives
  • Work independently across multiple production areas completing diverse assignments with minimal supervision
  • Maintain pristine clean-room environments following strict cGMP and standard operating procedures
  • Operate and troubleshoot sophisticated production equipment with precision and attention to detail
  • Document all activities meticulously through detailed forms, reports, and batch records
  • Provide essential testing support in laboratory settings when needed
  • Perform precise equipment calibrations and assist in final kit assembly using manual and semi-automated processes
  • Deliver finished goods to warehousing efficiently using carts and pallet trucks
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout all production stages to ensure excellence
  • Implement continuous process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency
  • Remain flexible for overtime work to meet critical production demands and deadlines


What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED with stable work history demonstrating reliability
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments
  • Ability to work confidently in clean-room environments with appropriate gowning restrictions
  • Experience with or ability to learn equipment calibrations and final kit assembly processes
  • Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment effectively
  • Strong product inspection skills with keen attention to quality and detail
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and procedures
  • Computer proficiency for documentation and record-keeping requirements
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision work
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and tolerance for varying noise levels
  • Must successfully pass drug screening and background check requirements


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Previous experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
  • Experience with semi-automated production systems
  • Background in quality control or laboratory environments
  • Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices
