NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an exceptional law firm as they seek to hire a Recruiter to join their team. This is a remarkable opportunity to join an incredible team on a contract basis.


Requirements for this opportunity include:


  • Candidate must have law firm experience—preferably someone who has hired for roles like marketing, finance, IT, admin, and the occasional paralegal.
  • The recruiter will support high-level job intakes with leaders like the CTO, CFO, CMO, and Partners, so strong professionalism and business acumen are a must.
  • Workday experience is a plus, but not required. Need strong Excel skills
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring, and 6-month new hire check-ins to ensure retention.
  • HR skills outside of recruiting are highly preferred as they will assist with some special projects.
