We’re hiring for a fast-moving fintech building tools that simplifying private market transactions across emerging economies. Blending financial domain expertise with sharp product and engineering capabilities — you’ll be joining a tight, cross-functional group at an early stage, with the chance to own the core product and define the future roadmap.

What you’ll be doing…

We’re looking for a technically-minded Product Manager who understands the intersection of product, regulation, and operations. You’ll work across functions to design and deliver key platform features — with a particular focus on transaction flows, onboarding, and compliance-driven UX.

You’ll be hands-on, strategic, and collaborative — equally comfortable mapping complex processes as you are shipping improvements to them.

Some Responsibilities…

• Translating user, business, and regulatory needs into clear specs and workflows
• Driving product delivery end-to-end — from scoping and design to testing and launch
• Working closely with engineers, designers, compliance, and ops to ship scalable features
• Modularising transaction flows to help clients launch à la carte
• Keeping a strong feedback loop with users to guide continuous improvement
• Mapping and rethinking traditional transaction workflows to reduce friction

About You…

• 5–7+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, investment platforms, or infrastructure startups
• Experienced working with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients
• Fluent with tools like JIRA, Notion, and Figma
• Solid understanding of private market workflows — SPVs, custody, onboarding, regulatory needs
• Deeply user-focused — especially in complex, regulated environments
• Fluent in English (bonus points for Arabic)
