Client Success Engineer - Smart Buildings/IoT/Energy Management/Analytics

Location: Remote

Pay: 100 - 120K

One of our clients is making big strides in the BAS space with their cloud platform that connects all building systems into one intelligent platform. The software leverages AI, predictive analytics, and IoT devices to multiply the capabilities of traditional building automation systems; it's data-driven, software focused, and primed for future growth.


We're looking for a Client Success Engineer to play an important role in nurturing client relationships while making a significant impact helping business owners reduce their energy consumption. What You Will Do:


Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within the company


Lead onboarding and training efforts, both standard and customized to their needs in order to to ensure smooth adoption of SaaS platform and smart building technologies for intended use


Understand each customer’s unique goals and help them translate data insights into operational improvements


Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction, proactively addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion


Lead business reviews and communicate ROI and performance insights to stakeholders, including close-out packages


Collaborate with internal teams such as documenting current client challenges or collaborating with mission control for escalated support tickets


What We're Looking For:


3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles within a SaaS or PropTech environment


Experience within facilities management, smart building deployment, or system integration strongly preferred


Track record of analyzing and measuring quantitative performance metrics and return on investment for infrastructure and energy efficiency projects


Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.


Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics or dashboards.


Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
