The Opportunity
As the BDM, you’ll be at the forefront of driving Knotwood’s success by:
- Manage and grow relationships with fabricators, installers and specialist contractors
- Work a solid pipeline of existing clients and high-quality leads, qualifying opportunities aligned to Knotwood’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Hunt and secure new business while delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams
- Use HubSpot CRM and data insights to drive smarter, strategic decisions
- Enjoy autonomy to run your territory, with occasional travel (up to 2 nights per month)
Who You Are
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials or related supply chains
- Skilled at managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- A proactive “hunter” who builds pipeline, generates leads and confidently closes deals
- Highly consultative and solutions-focused in your sales approach
- Comfortable using data, insights, and CRM tools to drive your sales strategy
- Motivated to meet and exceed leading KPIs and performance targets
- A collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues and clients alike
