Seeking multiple Sr Product managers with experience going from concept to product; must be able to take products from 0 to 1, and/or 1 to 2. Must be willing and able to work 100% onsite in Roy, Utah. Contract-to-hire situation.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of consumer and small business payment products. This role is ideal for someone who can take ideas from concept to market (“0 → 1”) and scale existing products (“1 → 2”) while driving measurable business impact.
You will own the full product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and building business cases to executing go-to-market strategies and optimizing performance.
What You’ll Do
· Define and drive product strategy and vision aligned with business goals
· Identify new product opportunities and build data-driven business cases
· Lead products from concept through launch and growth
· Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, risk, leadership)
· Own product performance, including growth, revenue, and customer outcomes
· Develop and refine pricing and go-to-market strategies
· Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide decisions
· Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
· 8+ years of product management experience (financial services or payments preferred)
· Proven experience owning products from idea to launch and beyond
· Strong background in product strategy, business case development, and execution
· Experience with payments, lending, or financial products (consumer or commercial)
· Ability to balance strategy, analytics, and execution
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, fintech, government) is a plus
Nice to Have
· Experience with P&L ownership or product financials
· Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or data analysis tools
· Exposure to treasury, cash management, or payment rails
