Job Description Bank Tellers performs activities associated with the maintenance control and security of vault cash.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Fulfilling change order requests
• Processing deposits for commercial customers and/or banking centers
• Maintaing accurate records of financial transactions
• Overseeing courier acceptance and shipments
• Maintain records of cash received and disbursed. Prepares orders for cash from bank and verifies cash received via couriers
• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining appropriate security and control of cash and other negotiables
• Responsible for accurate record keeping for all cash handling an dvault risk related activities
• Prepare vault cash balances and reports of overage and shortages
• Responsible for recordkeeping and possible daily teller interactions related to safekeeping items, checks, and other misc. assets as required
• Other duties as assigned
