Job Description
The Contract Marketing Manager – Wealth Management will serve as a project manager and consultative partner to ensure continuity of wealth marketing initiatives during a planned leave. The primary objective of this engagement is to keep active projects moving forward, maintain alignment across affiliate and enterprise marketing teams, and steward wealth marketing materials and integrations.
Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Manage and coordinate active wealth marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, approvals and budget remain on track
- Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day execution across marketing, wealth leadership, and partner teams
- Track priorities, manage dependencies, and flag risks or issues requiring escalation
- Provide regular status updates and recommendations to leadership as needed
Cross‑Affiliate Marketing Integration
- Partner with cross‑affiliate marketing teams to integrate wealth management messaging into client‑facing campaigns
- Ensure wealth initiatives are appropriately represented in broader marketing efforts and aligned to campaign objectives
- Serve as a consultative resource on affluent and high‑net‑worth client considerations
Wealth Marketing Asset Management

Build and maintain a centralized internal wealth marketing page (e.g. SharePoint) to support colleague education and campaign alignment
- Ensure assets are current, compliant, on‑brand, and easily accessible for internal teams
- Identify gaps, outdated materials, or duplication and recommend updates where appropriate
Strategic & Consultative Support
- Provide practical, execution‑focused guidance on campaign planning, messaging, and materials
- Support working sessions, reviews, and planning discussions with marketing and wealth partners
- Maintain consistency with existing strategies rather than developing new marketing architectures
Out‑of‑Scope
- Major rebranding initiatives or full marketing strategy redesign
- Long‑term organizational or team restructuring
- Permanent vendor selection or multi‑year budget planning
Deliverables
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and status documentation
- Update and organize wealth marketing materials library
- Documented coordination with cross‑affiliate marketing teams
- Transition notes and recommendations at end of contract
Qualifications:

5+ years of marketing experience in financial services, with exposure to wealth management, private banking, or affluent client segments
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder marketing projects
- Working knowledge of wealth management products and regulatory considerations
- Strong organizational, communication, and consultative skills
- Ability to operate independently in an interim role with minimal ramp‑up
