SUMMARY


The Senior Partnership Director will lead the development and management of ABF's most strategic commercial partnerships, working closely with leading global institutions, Fortune 500 organizations, sovereign entities, and category-defining companies. This role will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships that drive commercial growth, partner engagement, and organizational impact. The position requires strong strategic judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders across the public and private sectors. Serving as both a commercial leader and trusted advisor, the Senior Partnership Director will help ensure ABF remains a premier platform for visibility, influence, and high-level engagement while supporting the organization's continued global expansion.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead the development and execution of ABF’s most strategic partnership relationships across global markets.
  • Originate and close high-value, multi-year partnerships with senior stakeholders including CEOs, Chairpersons, Ministers, and Global Heads of Function.
  • Own a defined annual revenue portfolio, delivering against ambitious commercial targets through a structured and disciplined pipeline strategy.
  • Engage in highly consultative, multi-threaded dialogue with partners to design bespoke engagement frameworks aligned to their strategic priorities.
  • Translate complex organizational objectives into tailored partnership solutions across thought leadership, convening participation, brand positioning, and executive engagement.
  • Navigate long-cycle, high-stakes commercial processes with precision, discretion, and commercial discipline.
  • Collaborate with ABF leadership to shape global expansion priorities, sector focus, and flagship program development.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of ABF’s partnership architecture, ensuring offerings remain relevant to global institutional needs.
  • Represent ABF in select high-level forums, private meetings, and strategic stakeholder engagements.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • 7–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, institutional relations, or high-value B2B commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of originating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value partnerships.
  • $60m+ in cumulative career partnerships personally closed
  • Experience engaging senior executives, institutional leaders, or public sector stakeholders at C-suite or equivalent level.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within long-cycle, relationship-led commercial environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting capability.
  • Exceptional communication and positioning skills, with the ability to articulate value at both strategic and executive levels.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with strong judgment and discretion in high-trust environments.
  • Genuine interest in global affairs, economic systems, innovation, and leadership networks.
