Field Service Engineer - Forklift Trucks

West Midlands

Salary to £38,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle, Pension & Benefits.

Our client is a rapidly expanding materials handling equipment partnered with one of the world's top materials handling equipment brands.

Due to the business' ongoing success, they are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to cover the West Midlands

Responsible for replacement, service and repair of forklift trucks and specialist MHE, on client sites across the patch, the role offers the opportunity to join a market leading business, who are a main dealer for one of the industries biggest brands.

What's Required:

• Experience gained in a similar field engineering role in the forklift truck sector.
• A proven track record gained delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrable exposure to hitting and exceeding service KPI.
• A "customer first" attitude.
• Willingness to work in a role that is rota based shift work and on call and out of hours, with relevant overtime rates being applicable to hours outside of 8am to 4.30pm.
