Basic salary to £60,000 - £65,000, OTE £100,000 (Uncapped) + Car (Hybrid), Pension, PMI, Benefits etc

Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment. 

Well established and with a reputation for providing innovative, efficient and environmentally friendly solutions via an industry leading range, including cutting edge autonomous cleaning robots, they are looking to recruit a Business Development Director.

Responsible for generating revenue for the business via new business, new logo national/major account acquisition, the role offers the opportunity to work for a business able to provide premium equipment and a high quality service offering.

What's Required:

• Experience gained in a similar new business national/major account acquisition role, ideally within the cleaning equipment/machines sector.
• Extensive knowledge of the HoReCa sector.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exposure to selling a premium proposition with product and service quality being the driver rather than price.
• Experience of winning national accounts via bid/tender.
• Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger or TAS would be an advantage.
• The drive, dynamism and resilience required to be effective in a competitive sector.
