Salary £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

My client is a successful IT Managed Service Provider experiencing rapid growth.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Professional Services Consultant looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Responsible for the full consult, design, deploy process across a range of SME to Mid Market projects incusive of cloud & on-prem using technoogies such as Azure, m365, backup, networking, virtualisation etc working as a part of a well established professional services team, our client is looking to recruit a dynamic, driven and personable individual who is as comfortable working on technical projects as they are supporting clients face to face.

Experience Required:

• A "customer first" mentality and a genuine passion for IT.
• Solid experience in a similar Professional Service Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer role in an MSP environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure, m365 (inc Intune, Autopilot, Sharepoint, AD etc), Windows Server, Networking (LAN, V-LAN, WAN, DHCP, Switch/Router config etc) ideally with exposure to Ubiquity/Unify, virtualisation (Hyper-V) and backup (Veeam inc. CloudConnect), Firewalls (SonicWall), Cybersecurity etc.
• Significant exposure to writing Scope of Works & project documentation.
• Hands on technical experience inclusive of deployment, installation and configuration.
