We require a candidate with a solid accounting background who is proactive and exceptionally organized. Proficiency in QuickBooks is ideal. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Management: Utilizing QuickBooks to manage the general ledger, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank accounts, and generate accurate financial reports.

Contract Administration: Assisting with the management of company contracts, including drafting, reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to all deadlines.

Payroll Oversight: Supervising the entire payroll process, preparing all necessary reports and data to ensure accurate and timely compensation.

Invoicing & Billing Management: Overseeing all invoicing activities, such as issuing invoices to customers, tracking payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies to facilitate prompt collection.

Equipment & Asset Support: Providing assistance with company equipment and assets, which may involve inventory management, scheduling maintenance, and optimizing their utilization.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Accounting
- Associate's Degree (Bachelor’s is a bonus!)
- QuickBooks experience is a plus!
