Position Summary

This individual will be responsible for all leasing activities of office, industrial and retail assets within the company’s portfolio. Additionally they will assist in coordinating portfolio acquisition and sale transactions. 

Job description and responsibilities

• New and renewal leasing for commercial properties.
• Respond to lease inquiries.
• Initiate renewal conversations.
• Show space, assess customer needs, interest and price tolerance.
• Prepare initial proposals
• Coordinate negotiation between Owner and Prospect.
• Coordinate Tenant build out plans.
• Draft lease documents.
• Coordinate onboarding.
• Listing all available spaces on all major databases including Crexi, CoStar and Loopnet.
• Ensure all marketing databases are updated and accurate.
• Maintaining floorplan designs .
• Updating site signage as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least three years experience in commercial leasing agreements and negotiations.
• Demonstrated flexibility, superior problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task is a must.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• The ability to be proactive, always looking ahead.
