They're looking for a high-performing Partner Development Manager to help scale their growing global ecosystem of marketing agency partners. This is an individual contributor role with a clear path to team leadership as the agency continues to scale.

You Will:

  • Identify and prospect marketing agencies globally, building a strong pipeline of qualified partner candidates
  • Champion the Partner Program with prospective agencies and convert qualified agencies into active program partners
  • Maintain partner pipeline and outreach activity in HubSpot, tracking conversion metrics and reporting on progress
  • Continuously refine partner qualification criteria and communicate pipeline updates to internal stakeholders
  • Guide new agencies through the partner onboarding process, introducing them to enablement resources and tools
  • Coordinate handoff to Agency Onboarding or Partner Engagement teams once partners are activated
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to drive new merchant acquisition through agency relationships


You Have:

  • Based in or willing to work from the Charleston, SC area on a hybrid schedule (West Ashley, two days per week on-site)
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce business development, sales, partner management, or a similar role within SaaS or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Strong AI literacy with a proactive approach to leveraging AI tools for productivity and outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make fast, data-driven decisions
  • Clear history of creating pipeline and outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with shifting priorities
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet prospective agencies in person
