The Product Manager, Privacy, Wellness & Telehealth plays a critical role in shaping the future of Mamava’s expanding portfolio of privacy, wellness, and telehealth solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, this role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution—identifying market opportunities, defining product strategy, and guiding products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
This leader partners closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs, business goals, and technical execution, strengthening Mamava’s position as the market leader in inclusive wellness and privacy spaces.
Product Strategy & Leadership
Define and champion product vision, strategy, and outcomes aligned with Mamava’s mission and business objectives
Lead market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to inform product roadmaps and investment decisions
Own portfolio strategy and lifecycle management, from concept through launch and eventual obsolescence
Drive product success in the market, including adoption, revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction
Develop pricing strategies and manage product financial performance
Establish and track KPIs related to adoption, usage, reliability, NPS, retention, and revenue
Balance long-term strategic opportunities with near-term execution priorities
Execution & Delivery
Translate strategy into clear product requirements covering experience, functionality, durability, manufacturability, accessibility, and cost
Lead the stage-gate process and ensure alignment across Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support successful launches, adoption, and lifecycle management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the VP of Product and fellow product managers to ensure alignment across categories
Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing (including Product Marketing), and Operations to ensure readiness and roadmap alignment
Support go-to-market efforts with product training, positioning, and launch assets
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring every product reinforces Mamava’s promise of comfort, privacy, access, and dignity
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate product performance using data, customer feedback, and market insights
Identify opportunities for optimization, enhancements, and future innovation
Contribute to portfolio-level decision-making around resources, trade-offs, and category performance
Required
5–7 years of product management experience, ideally with physical products or services
Proven success defining and executing product strategies tied to measurable business and customer outcomes
Experience across the full product lifecycle, from roadmap development through delivery
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
Preferred
Background in wellness, healthcare, telehealth, or related fields
Experience launching products that integrate physical, digital, or service components
Familiarity with privacy, accessibility, and compliance considerations
