Compensation Range: Base salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus bonus and commission

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships across a defined territory. This role requires comfort operating in both inbound and outbound sales motions, working a mix of warm leads and re-engaging prior prospects, and selling new product offerings in a competitive market.
This is a performance-oriented sales role that rewards preparation, follow-through, and consistency. The Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales and will receive mentorship and coaching from a highly experienced sales leader.
The role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site collaboration three days per week and remote work two days per week. Candidates must already reside within commuting distance of the assigned office location by their start date; relocation assistance is not available.
Sales Execution
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close, consistently working toward and achieving revenue targets
Execute both inbound and outbound sales activities, including reactivation of existing leads
Accurately forecast pipeline activity and revenue performance
Adapt sales strategies to support new products, pricing structures, and buying processes
Pipeline & Account Management
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support quarterly and annual sales goals
Conduct thoughtful discovery to understand customer needs and buying drivers
Manage assigned accounts, including pre-call planning, opportunity development, and deal execution
Maintain detailed and accurate records within CRM tools
Minimum of 4 years of verifiable sales experience, with demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role
Ability to provide business references, including a recent manager, who can validate sales performance and results
Proven tenacity, resilience, and comfort operating in a high-expectation sales environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value clearly and credibly
Demonstrated accuracy in forecasting and pipeline management
Comfort working in a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration as a core expectation
Base salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus bonus and commission
