HVAC Service Technician
The Source and Recruit Company has been retained to assist Alliance Group Services, LLC in the search for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join their growing team based out of West Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Role Overview
This field-based position offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems. The HVAC Service Technician will play a critical role in ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably through maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose service issues and perform repairs across HVAC and refrigeration systems, including mini splits, boilers, burners, chillers, and rooftop units
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and system calibrations in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Maintain appropriate inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the company vehicle
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, timelines, and solutions
- Document equipment details including make, model, serial number, and performance data
- Identify opportunities for additional services or system upgrades and communicate findings appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and vehicle
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial)
- NH and/or VT Gas License required
- EPA Certification preferred
- Additional certifications (such as electrical or oil) are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and integrity
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments (ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
- Authorized to work in the United States
