Summary:

We’re seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service Representative to be part of our growing team! Our Agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service. 

 

Customer Service Representative Duties:

  • Assist with inbound customer calls
  • Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
  • Follow-up with existing and potential clients
  • Review billing questions with clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned



We are looking for applicants who are professional, confident, outgoing, and excited about a career in Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to meet individual performance metrics goals
  • Successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand basic product, billing and processing guidelines
  • Accept feedback when offered and works well with others
  • Have solid computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred



Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
