We are looking for an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead a dynamic team across multiple venues, including upscale dining, casual outlets, and high-volume bar operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven experience in managing multi-unit food and beverage operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for all Food & Beverage operations, from concept to execution.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering innovative, authentic dining experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations.
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage, preferably in a resort setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing diverse dining concepts and large teams.
• Strong operational acumen, financial literacy, and a passion for exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lead with integrity, motivate others, and foster a service-first culture.
