We are looking for an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead a dynamic team across multiple venues, including upscale dining, casual outlets, and high-volume bar operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven experience in managing multi-unit food and beverage operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for all Food & Beverage operations, from concept to execution.
- Drive guest satisfaction by delivering innovative, authentic dining experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations.
- Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to maintain quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage, preferably in a resort setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse dining concepts and large teams.
- Strong operational acumen, financial literacy, and a passion for exceptional guest service.
- Ability to lead with integrity, motivate others, and foster a service-first culture.
