Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Marketing Technology & Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of a world-class, enterprise-grade marketing technology stack with Adobe at its core. This role will enable a customer-centric approach to delivering revenue and customer loyalty through full-lifecycle engagement programs that are personalized, responsive, and delivered at speed and scale. Client aims to transform its marketing and sales orchestration by implementing a new instance of Marketo Engage, integrated with the Adobe ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, CX, Security, IT, and Engineering, to align product offerings with business objectives and desired outcomes.
- Lead strategic Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, including Marketo, AJO, Real-Time CDP, and Web SDK, driving marketing efficiency at scale.
- Own and manage IT Agile processes, including Outcome Mapping, Idea, Epic, and Feature creation.
- Define and manage high-impact product roadmaps, ensuring seamless marketing-to-sales integration and driving full-lifecycle customer engagement.
- Oversee data-driven audience segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Facilitate planning ceremonies, manage trade-offs, and lead design/solution reviews.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for customer data management.
- Manage stakeholder relations, communication, and governance across the product portfolio.
- Develop frameworks for measuring marketing effectiveness, leveraging analytics to drive decision-making.
- Coordinate UAT/BAT, facilitate formal Go/No-Go sign-off, and execute communication and change management plans.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Technology.
- Familiar with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Marketo, AJO, Real-Time CDP, Web SDK).
- Experience in Marketing Automation, Campaign Execution, Sales Enablement, and Lead Management.
- Proven experience integrating Adobe marketing tools with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in Paid Media, Demand Generation, and Web Personalization is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira Align, Jira Cloud, PowerPoint, and Miro.
- Strong skills in Agile Methodology, Program Management, Time Management, Negotiation, and Executive-Level Communications.
