As a result of ongoing growth within our practice, we are looking for a Senior Associate to join our team. This is your opportunity to experience working at a progressive and vibrant advisory services firm.

Our Comprehensive compensation package include:

  • A competitive compensation package and short-term incentive plan including a base salary in the range of $75,000 – 95,00 per year depending on experience

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to work with organizations in various industries, locally as well as internationally. While your day to day will vary, some of the key responsibilities includes the following:


  • Drafting planning memos and work plans for various types of engagements (crypto audit support, internal audit, internal control certification).
  • Ensuring that fieldwork for clients are delivered with responsive, high-quality service.
  • Manage client commitments and budgets across multiple projects.
  • Perform quality review on some elements of engagements files and draft client communications.
  • Work with the team to develop innovative and practical solutions for their clients as well as internal operations.
  • Be provided 10% of available time to work on self-selected projects, education, research, etc.

Candidate Profile

  • Post-secondary degree in accounting, finance or similar, possess a recognized accounting designation, or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) with a minimum of 3 year of related work experience preferably in an accounting, internal audit, or IT audit capacity.
  • Proven analytical skills coupled with the ability to work in a self-driven and entrepreneurial environment.


Location: This is a hybrid role with onsite location at DPA's office downtown.
