Position: Property Manager / Cook (Must be local)

Live in when the client is in residence (Nov - April)

Location: Sarasota, FL

Salary and Benefits: $120,000 – $145,000 annual salary, plus health insurance

An informal, private professional couple is seeking a bright, proactive, and hands-on individual to manage their new home and grounds in Sarasota, FL, while also delighting them with excellent cooking skills. This live-in role is perfect for someone with prior experience in high-end property management and a passion for preparing delicious meals. The ideal candidate will have a polished, professional demeanor and a self-starting mentality to keep the home running smoothly and always guest-ready.

You’ll live on the property, taking the lead on catering to the couple’s needs with flexibility, attention to detail, and discretion. The role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative with daily walkthroughs of the home and grounds, and manage all aspects of the residence with minimal supervision, while maintaining clear Employer/Employee boundaries.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the residence, performing daily walkthroughs to ensure all systems are in proper working order and the home is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

· Oversee cooking, food, and beverage service.

· Act as the primary point of contact for the principals within the home, always maintaining high service levels.

· Conduct daily checks on the readiness of all grounds, including pool maintenance.

· Work closely with outside vendors and contractors to address maintenance needs and oversee projects,

· Maintain House Manual and utilize checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

· Ensure the residence is appropriately stocked, run errands, handle airport pick-ups and other driving assignments, and complete additional tasks as requested.

· Take sole responsibility for the estate when the principals are away, protecting and maintaining the property to an exceptional standard.
