Our client a B2B fintech brand, is looking for a versatile, high-velocity copywriter to join their growing creative team. This is a critical role supporting growth marketing efforts across paid channels, lifecycle marketing, and product surfaces. You'll be working alongside a senior copywriter and collaborating closely with the design team to create high-performing marketing assets that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
This isn't a brand copywriting role—you are someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of growth marketing, where testing, iteration, and experimentation are the name of the game. If you love writing dozens of ad hooks, optimizing email subject lines, and seeing how your words perform in the real world, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Writing
Primary Focus (70% of your time)

Paid Social Copy - High-volume ad copy with varied hooks and angles to drive acquisition testing

Paid Search - Ad copy across different formats and messaging strategies

Lifecycle Marketing - Email campaigns, SMS, push notifications

Product Marketing - Product detail pages, feature descriptions, onboarding flows

Customer Support - Scripts and messaging for support channels
Secondary Projects (30% of your time)
- Owned social content
- Product launch materials
- UX microcopy and in-product messaging
- Eventually: organic social and other owned channels
Experience & Background
- 4-6 years of copywriting experience, ideally with agency background (you're used to moving fast)
- Strong growth marketing or performance marketing experience—you understand that not every concept wins, and that's okay
- Experience in fintech, finance, or other regulated industries is a major plus
- Alternatively: journalism or editorial backgrounds welcome—you know how to explain complex topics simply
- Bonus: You've worked at companies that had to explain complicated products in accessible ways
