Position Overview:

They are looking for a data-driven and strategic Acquisition Manager with strong experience managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across a variety of paid media channels (TV, OOH, Satellite Radio, Podcast, Newsletters, Direct Mail), as well as a strong understanding of marketing principles and data-driven decision making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategy and growth within offline performance marketing channels such as, but not limited to: CTV, OOH, Satellite Radio, Podcast, Newsletters, Direct Mail, and other sponsorship opportunities
  • Identify and execute opportunities for expansion into new offline performance marketing channels
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV) to assess campaign effectiveness and overall business impact
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization
  • Oversee relationships with external partners and agencies, as well as collaborate cross-functionally, to successfully execute campaigns. This includes budget allocation, creative & copy development, conversion tag and product feed management, and A/B testing
  • Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to proactively apply new knowledge


Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years experience in Programmatic Marketing
  • 3+ Years in CTV Management
  • 2+ Years in Podcast Management
  • 3+ Years in OOH Experience
  • 3+ Years managing 6 figure budgets
  • Proficiency in interpreting campaign data to identify performance trends and insights
  • Experience in implementing optimization tactics, creative rotation, frequency capping, and bid adjustments
  • Proven to successfully segment audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant data points and expertise in using data to optimize campaign targeting and bidding strategies
  • Experience to effectively work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ecommerce Team, Customer Service and All Channel leads)
  • Has successfully proven to have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
