✨ The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team as employee #7 and grow into a powerhouse talent operator. You'll work directly with our Founder and collaborate closely with early-stage founders and top-tier operators, helping shape careers and companies alike.


This is a role for someone who wants to master their craft, build meaningful relationships, and work in a team where both outcomes and emotional intelligence – not just the work we do, but how we do the work – matter.


🔍 What You'll Do

🌟 Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Source and engage elite candidates for high-impact, high-level roles
  • Identify indicators of true potential (pattern recognition + gut + data)
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with mission-aligned talent


🌀 End-to-End Search Execution

  • Run seamless, white-glove recruitment processes from intro call to close
  • Own interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate experience
  • Adapt to shifting client needs with clarity, calm, and speed

✅ Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, or high-performance client-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proven track record of exceeding goals – you're a closer
