Compensation: $140k - $180k (with potential equity and benefits, depending on experience and location)

Position Overview:

As a Software Engineer, you’ll help transform lives by building and scaling the AI-driven systems behind their digital experience. Your work will unlock faster deployments, smoother fulfillment, and a major boost in developer velocity, making their platform smarter, faster, and more scalable to reach more clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement backend infrastructure that powers AI-driven features and company-wide AI adoption
• Build and maintain APIs for web and mobile applications
• Optimize backend performance and reliability for a seamless user experience
• Enhance developer velocity through improved automation and testing frameworks
• Build infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for scaling and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and AI specialists, to deliver impactful features
• Example Projects:
• AI Art Experience: Enhance the psychedelic artwork experience by implementing APIs that let clients edit their AI-generated art and purchase physical products from their artwork
• Streamlined Fulfillment: Achieve 100% end-to-end tracking of medication fulfillment orders and <1% order tracking errors
• Infrastructure Excellence: Upgrade infrastructure to the latest OS versions and optimize deployment pipelines to reduce deployment times
• Developer Velocity Enhancements: Implement agentic development workflows to increase engineering productivity and shorten cycle times
